It is clear that the Chinese are both inquisitive and a bit afraid of the power of the saffron robed lama, H.H. the Dalai Lama. It was very obvious from recent events that happened in Sweden in connection with spying. The Chinese used a poor and money hungry Tibetan to spy on his people, which is a very sad and disgusting story. The reason the Chinese used the stupid spy named Dorjee Gyaltsen (Abduma) was mostly to check on Dalai Lama’s schedules and on any demonstrations held when their leaders visited around the world. So, now it seems the Chinese were afraid of one man that is none other than His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama. This is due to his influence in the world, the increasing Buddhist movement in China, and the unshakable support from his people in and outside of Tibet. Most of the Chinese Buddhists take refugee to Dalai Lama and that is maybe one big reason why the Chinese leaders are so afraid of him and also afraid of loosing the treasured land of Tibet. I myself have witnessed that those young Chinese who got modern education from the west are looking for their roots. When they discovered they were Buddhist they visit the Buddhist Temple and study Buddhism and somehow they get a connection with Dalai Lama.
It is only a matter of time before the Chinese Government must talk to Dalai Lama about the future of Tibet. Tibet will always be there and it will not disappear at all. Therefore China and Tibetan leaders must meet and solve the conflict as soon as possible. There had never been any costs for China when Tibet was an independent country. But now look at the Chinese Government`s and the Indian Government`s immense annual costs for securing the border… not to mention all the heartaches. Do they really need these kinds of issues?, or can they use their brain to settle this kind of unnecessary border problem with His Holiness Dalai Lama and bring peace around the Himalayan Region and be happy for a long time instead of creating tension and misery in our lives.
Wake up China and Tibet and follow the USA and N. Korea way!
