The 118 self -immolators in Tibet showed their final answer to the question of Tibet and of the people of Tibet. They cannot do more. But this case should be, and must be, answered by the leaders of the free world and the leaders of China.

There must be something wrong with the past policy of the PRC and it is time for it to be corrected by the new leader if we want peace and harmony and stability in our society. We cannot discriminate and bully the Tibetan minority in China. If Tibet is part of China, then must not the Chinese leaders improve the human rights issues in Tibet? Is it the distance between Beijing and Tibet that creates these invisible problems for the Chinese leaders and Tibetans? Or is it direct orders from Beijing?

In any case, whatever it is due to, it is time to bring more sound and positive changes in Tibet. Otherwise so many innocent human beings will continuously self-immolate for their case, which is not good for either side. The Chinese will lose their face in the international forum and Tibetans will lose their people. So why can you not come together and solve the issues with your intelligent brains before we face more never ending problems.

What really went on behind the black curtains?

The son of the late Ngapo Ngawang Jigme, Jigme Ngapo, was suddenly “sacked” from Radio Free Asia. Nobody has any idea or clear information about why and how he was “sacked” from his job. We cannot, and should not, forget that we are a young democratic society in exile and that we have an obligation toward our people. Therefore we cannot allow people with big muscles to fire someone without examining his case according to the law.

Jigme Ngapo left Tibet with good intensions to help his people living abroad. He is a good and sincere human being like his relatives living in Tibet; his brothers are doing social work and helping our people in Tibet. Jigme Ngapo worked for many years at RFA yet he was forced to resign from his important position. He is not just anybody; he received excellent education both in China and abroad. He knows both western and Chinese culture and perhaps he is the only one who can deal with the Chinese. Therefore we need him for the dialogue between Beijing and Dharamsala. My question is: can we get a better public servant for RFA and Central Tibetan Administration than Jigme Ngapo?

A good leader is as difficult to find as a daylight star. There are many hungry leaders who hide everything behind the curtain in order to achieve his or her egoistic goals and those kinds of leaders will not help our cause. We must find a director for RFA who has vision and the capability to see the bigger picture. We cannot let our democratic administration be destroyed by invisible piranhas, or?

The disputes around Jigme Ngapo point to the involvement of leaders and this must be cleared up by our Prime Minister Lobsang Sangay for the people, especially for the staff of RFA. I think Lobsang Sangay must do this, if he is the leader of CTA. When this is done we should ask Jigme Ngapo to work for CTA because we need such a person to negotiate with the PRC. Finally we should sympathize with Jigme Ngapo for what he went through after all those years of service to us. A good leader deserves a proper goodbye with a white khata. Are we not children of Buddha with good hearts?

Can it be true that we worked endlessly, about 90% for Buddha and only 10% for Tibet?

It has been approximately 54 years since we left Tibet and we are still fighting for our rights. We have been spending so much time and energy to preserve the Tibetan Buddhism and we succeeded well in this project. But what about Tibet and the people living in Tibet? Of course the question is: how important is Tibet when you compare to Buddha? The answer is that Tibet is the most important question. Still we have been spending so much time promoting Buddhism and its essence to every corner of the world. I think that is an excellent gift from Tibet to the rest of the world.

But what about Tibet and its people – what kind of concrete and objective support did we get from the rest of the world? Hardly any support for Tibet. But Tibetan Buddhism has helped many people by promoting peace, stability, compassion and love in this confused world. Buddhism challenged and helped many people who needed this teaching.

Is it not time for the rest of the world to help Tibet and Dalai Lama, to support his middle way? He is not asking for independence of Tibet. The Tibetan youth are asking for independence, they have their own dreams and goals – let them keep on with their dream!

Tibetans abroad must think about how we are going to support our people in Tibet rather than building huge buildings for Buddha around the world. Buddha’s teaching is useful and it is very important for all, but please do not forget Tibet! From Buddha you obtained the knowledge of love and compassion. Is it not time for us to peacefully act for Tibet and to talk to the Chinese leaders? Otherwise there will be no Tibet in the future; we will just keep fighting in the darkness forever and ever.

So stop deluding yourselves with false hope! Stop cheating our people in Tibet with false hope – instead, do something through dialogue to ease their suffering.

Mr. Xi Jinping, 59 year old leader, received his leadership education through hardship with people and for the people in Shoanxi Province. I think he knows very well the lives of the majority of the ordinary Chinese people living in the countryside and he also knows that they do not have the same possibilities as the city people. There is absolutely no justice so far for ordinary people in the country.
There is a big gap between rich and poor.

However, he was a humble and reasonable person when he lived in the village; we hope he will bring some good changes for the people of the whole of China.

China has everything and she has reached maximum material development, but now she needs only to develop the Human Rights issues a little bit and give some freedom for the people `with Chinese touch´. He was born and lived with ordinary people, and his beautiful wife Mrs. Peng Liyuan was a compassionate lady liked by the Chinese people. His wife was very popular among the Chinese people and she made so many millions Chinese happy in good time and in bad times. She also did good service for those people who suffered from HIV/AIDS in China.

They are the most perfect couple in whole China, and they can represent the China in the world and together, with the help of six leaders in Beijing can hopefully bring peace and stability in whole China and create an atmosphere of peace in the world.

At last I wish to congratulation you with Tashi Delek, and please, I kindly request you Mr. Xi Jinping to solve the Tibet issues before it become too much. You can solve it with your intelligent mind.

Differences between Self Immolations and Self-suicide bombings?

It seems that there are no differences between them, because both destroy their precious human bodies, which is very sad, and they both are in a depressing situation.

But if you look very carefully and examine the acts of both sides, then there are huge differences:

Let us look at the act of the self-suicide bombers. They have their own aim and object and they are mostly well organized by a group or an organization. And their motive is very clear: to get their message through by taking the lives of many innocent people with them and they do it so that they get his/her award when they get to the promised paradise.

Now let us look at self-immolation. They have their own aim and object and they mostly do it alone to benefit many other human beings instead of taking the lives of innocent human beings with them, and they do it so that their people can meet their leader. Also their wishes are to free their people from ignorance and suffering. They have realized their bodies and minds are two different entities, therefore they make their present body an offering for the world peace, like a candle in a church or in a temple room. They are also desperately crying out for freedom for the majority of their people.

Nevertheless, it is extremely sad some human beings are forced to act and to take to such extreme measures, such as self – immolation and self – suicide bombing. I am not at all a brave person therefore I would like to request to the people who make these kinds of sacrifices: Please kindly stop your act so that you can have a nice long life with your families and friends. To the oppressors I kindly request: Stop all the acts that you yourself cannot tolerate and do not like!

The absolute mind itself is infinite.
So is the space above us.
Both aspects are extremely incredible.
Suppose if we have this kind of nature within us.

What shall we do?

Shall we be selfish, or should we do something good for man and the environment, for this excellent co-existence.

Most of the time we are all lost in our ego-mind and we forget that we are more than this tiny body,
How sad it is if we discover too late that we are the source of those two incredible natures that I have mentioned above,

Through meditation you can practically taste and experience what you have not understood intellectually. The true realization of the natural state of mind develops in you without making it, or examines and adding any extra to it. Absolutely it is born from within. If you examine and analyze it naturally again and again, without sorting it in or out, then true wisdom (yeshi) will just come out like a light from a window.

When you discovered this important incredible element through meditation then so-called true love and compassion toward all the beings is slowly born within you without any discrimination. When you have this realization it is the most powerful weapon that you can have in this universe. The weapon of love and compassion for all! Only then can you truly help others.

Meditate and discover yourself before you do anything else!

Could she be the manifestation of Tara ( Dolma ) from the Roof of the World?

In any case, a young 21 year old Choeyang Kyi ( Queyang ) bronze medal holder of the Olympic Games represented many millions of Tibetan women in Tibet. All the Tibetans living in and outside of Tibet congratulated her for her victory and the Chinese brothers and sisters did the same. We were so proud of her, but one thing that we should not forget about is her hard work and determination in getting to the top. We must learn something from this energetic young lady, who really fought for what she believed in and at last reached her goal.

Today I congratulate her whole heartedly for her victory!

Most of the Tibetan young boys and girls today are not so interested in competing in sports, nor have the older generations been involved in sports either. But thanks to Miss. Choeyang Kyi we got a new window of perspective and possibilities where we can look for a new direction to educate and direct our young ones in the field of sports, so that we will have many manifestations of Miss.Choeyang Kyi in the near future.
I particularly express my thanks to Miss. Choeyang for showing us this new possibility and a new way of fighting for our common cause, which is a very healthy fight indeed!

What a comfortable life they will have when they are no longer the special envoys of His Holiness the 14th, Dalai Lama. Good Luck!, but…..

..what I do not understand is why they both resigned from their posts when they were most needed to support the new Prime Minister? Are they both very arrogant and do not want to help the new administration of Tibetans in exile? My questions to them is : Have they been working for Tibet for so many years or only for His Holiness?

It was rather a sad story when Dalai Lama resigned from his post and kindly handed over all the responsibility to a young man educated at the Harvard University, and who needs all the help that he can get. Despite the transmission of power the special envoys had received, both resigned from their posts, something which I think was irresponsible and careless toward the people of Tibet and almost an insult to the Dalai Lama. This kind of act can be a tiny corner of the main factors that has caused the present situation in Tibet. But if they had stayed a little bit longer at their posts they might have helped avoid the self-immolations. I am not blaming them at all that they created the self-immolations, but the funny thing about cause and effect…. the depressing situation under the Chinese and their resignation suddenly out of blue, maybe these together created the chaos?!

In any case, many innocent young men and women lost their lives for our cause and the distance to a dialogue is now very far away from reality. We are now in a state of vacuum and in an extremely difficult situation. How long should we keep on with this terrible situation, letting innocent Tibetans suffer continuously in Tibet under the two giant gorillas, China and the Central Tibetan Administration? For how long and how many innocent Tibetans have to be sacrificed in order to satisfy the two giants? Can you not stop now and kindly think it over and go back to your respective posts and start a platform for a reasonable dialogue that will bring maximum benefit for both sides?
I think our Prime Minister made a mistake in so easily letting go of those two great politicians, Mr. Gyari and Kalsang.

I think it is time for them to return to their posts and start afresh with their useful, meaningful, responsible jobs once again. I think you can do it, everything has its own time. Do not play with fire!

China had already launched to the Roof of the World (Tibet) in 1951 and now the Chinese are launching or have launched into space with one female and two men. What a historical moment for China! I congratulate China on their victory. Space is infinite and so is the Chinese mind.

My question is: When is China going to control the whole world?
Nothing is impossible, they can do it! We hope this will bring peace and harmony in our world where we live and maybe we should all learn to speak Chinese and eat Chinese.

What about the land of freedom, the United States of America?
Will they be able to challenge the land of dragon that is in motion all the time?

I hope that together they make the world a better place, even if they have some differences in their policies. We hope their goal is based on love and compassion, so that all the citizens of the world can enjoy their hard work, costs and dedication such as sending astronauts to the space.

In short I have these following questions:

Who is this man and where does he come from?
I have heard that he comes from a poor Tibetan family and he lived with his family in a Tibetan settlement called Sonada, in India. He received his basic education from India and then this so called terrorist got an opportunity to study in U.S.A.

He must be a brilliant scholar for he got a complete education at the Harvard University and most of the Tibetans elected him as their Prime Minister and H.H. the Dalai Lama transferred all his power to this young man. These are his qualifications.

So where did we get this idea of calling this clever young man a terrorist?
Of course this must have spontaneously come from the PRC, or perhaps it could have come from a person who does not like him. The fact is that he is the Prime Minister of Tibetans in India and abroad, therefore I think it is a bit too early to call him a “terrorist”, when he at present he does not act like one.

Now he became so famous after he received this nick-name and he has already received an award for it from a European country. No matter whatever or whoever he is, should we not give him a chance to show what he can contribute as a solution for the Tibetans and for the People’s Republic of China?

I hope both sides can consider my suggestions for the benefit of their country.
